Steamed Dumpling Time!
My newest obsession is Trader Joe’s Thai Vegetable Gyoza. Steam a bunch of them up and serve with some dipping sauce. They’re so delicate and flavorful, I believe I could eat a metric ton of them.
I’ve made dumplings before, and I’m inspired to make another batch and steam them this time.


Wow. I really should explore Trader Joe’s more!

OMG I thought I was the only one addicted to this stuff. The Gyoza are amaZING, and I put the dipping sauce on everything… :) I only wish mine turned out looking as nice as yours!!

My parents live in the states so I’m going to urge my vegetarian mother to give these a try!
