Mexican Hot Chocolate Snickerdoodles

Nom nom nom nom. Crazy delicious. I like the cayenne hit that prevents snarfing down the cookies in one sitting. I’m not sure whether I love these or the cupcake of the same ilk best, but they’re both mighty fine eating.

I agree! These are super!!
I was a tester for this upcoming cookie book and can thoroughly recommend them. Without the cayenne (otherwise its too much for little ones) the kids love them!!
