I love tofu but sauteed in olive oil with garlic and chili powders gets a little repetitive.

...and just so happens I have a bottle of cab sav waiting to be popped open!</description>

The wine marinade (1 glass red wine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, a few cloves of crushed garlic and spice) mostly just gives it a wine flavor, but doesn&#039;t taste of alcohol. Though it does depend on how strong the wine you use is!  I tried this recipe with a Shiraz, and it didn&#039;t work as well.</description>
