More Pad Thai
I made the Asian Vegan Kitchen Pad Thai again tonight, this time with bean sprouts and chives. The prep is a bit on the time consuming side, but worth every morsel. It also uses a crazy number of prep bowls.

Ha Ha! The picture made me laugh - that is a lot of prep bowls. But I bet it was very tasty.
