Pizzamentation

A delicious pizza experiment:

Make your favorite pizza crust, cover liberally with puttanesca sauce, and bake. When the pizza’s out of the oven, swirl on some chilled pesto. Serve. Be prepared to be amazed.

Ranchero

I tried out Vegan Express’ tofu ranchero. A poor choice of salsa on my part left the sauce a bit chunky, and it doesn’t hold a candle to a real ranchero sauce, but the end product was savory, spicy, and infinitely comforting. I used to love huevos ranchero before Veganization, and this tickled me in the right place.

On a Roll

If I could, I’d make cinnamon rolls every day. I think that it would be pretty much the best job in the world to bake yeasted breads.

More Pad Thai

I made the Asian Vegan Kitchen Pad Thai again tonight, this time with bean sprouts and chives. The prep is a bit on the time consuming side, but worth every morsel. It also uses a crazy number of prep bowls.
