Vietnamese Sammich

Veganomicon wins again with the Vietnamese Seitan Baguette with Savory Dipping Sauce (though we served it on ciabatta). This was one heck of a tasty sammich. The dipping sauce was not only savory but very spicy – my lips are still burning.
