Tater Tacos
Hello internets! Vegan Man has been on a little vacation, and before that was cooking things he’s already cooked. I don’t know how many pictures of grilled tofu and chili I can possibly bore you with, even though my grill marks bring all the boys to the yard.
But today, I present the tater taco. Tacos and tater tots were designed to be be together. I’ve been planning to make these for a while, and they were just as wonderfully classy as I expected them to be. The texture of the tater tots works remarkably well with the other ingredients. Try them!
I just ate tots a week or so ago for the first time in maybe 10 years. Now I want to eat them every day. Can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on. Love the idea of a tater tot taco. I can see how that would work.

Oh no, this is..do you even realize what you have unleashed? Taters and tacos individually have the power to bend the will of men. Combined, they could topple civilization as we know it. Well, I for one welcome our new tater taco overlords. What choice do I have?
Also, you have perpetuated my life as a series of coincidences as I had tater tots with dinner last night and tortilla soup the night before. It all comes full circle.
