It’s good to have time to cook this week. This morning I made some coffee chip muffins:

  7. urbanvegan, it was actually a combination of instant coffee and chocolate chips, which pretty much replicates the flavor as far as my tastes go.

    The muffins themselves I baked as a tester for someone, so I don’t think I can share them yet! I am sorry for being a tease.
