Always leftover you say? Then I would love one of these muffins and the tomato couscous looks great, too! How did you make those muffins? Is there some coffee in the chips?

urbanvegan, it was actually a combination of instant coffee and chocolate chips, which pretty much replicates the flavor as far as my tastes go.
The muffins themselves I baked as a tester for someone, so I don’t think I can share them yet! I am sorry for being a tease.
