Food Love

Still not dead. I’ve been busy as all get-go since returning from sesshin, and the cooking I’ve done has been not all that photogenic or stuff I’ve already featured; soups, stews, lentils. I’m aching to do some more exciting cooking again, but it’s not to be until I have more than 30 minutes a day in the kitchen.

Let me express my gratitude to all you vegetarian/vegan food bloggers out there. You’re not only inspiring, you allow me to cook and eat vicariously.

  1. Glad you are among the living! However, I hope you have time to cook & bake soon as it comes across how much you enjoy it. You have inspired me to get busy and I actually have a bunch of stuff in my freezer thanks to you! You might be surprised at how a simple recipe can motivate others.
