Grilled Tofu, I Love You So

I’ve been obsessed with grilling tofu recently. I received a cast iron grill pan around Christmas-time, and have been working with it ever since. The results haven’t always been beautiful, but as I’ve come to learn the pan I’ve gotten better. Tonight’s dinner was grilled marinated tofu served over pasta with some spicy tomato sauce (the famed 5 minute tomato sauce, you should try it!). There was garlic bread as well, but it was eaten before photographic evidence could be obtained.

Food Love

Still not dead. I’ve been busy as all get-go since returning from sesshin, and the cooking I’ve done has been not all that photogenic or stuff I’ve already featured; soups, stews, lentils. I’m aching to do some more exciting cooking again, but it’s not to be until I have more than 30 minutes a day in the kitchen.

Let me express my gratitude to all you vegetarian/vegan food bloggers out there. You’re not only inspiring, you allow me to cook and eat vicariously.
