Sweet Teeth

I don’t know if it’s possible to be a vegan these days without developing something of a sweet tooth. I’m making cupcakes at least once a week, not to mention other sweet snacks. Here’s a bit of what I’ve been up to in the past week as I attempt to put my dentist’s kids through college:

Mexican Hot Chocolate cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. Absolutely incredible. I might have undercooked them just a bit, but they were incredibly moist, and it took all of my willpower not to eat the entire batch in one sitting.
